We’relooking for aSenior Software Engineer to join our Modernise Contact Centre squad andsupportWestpac’scriticalcontact centre platforms.
You’llwork acrosssoftware development, integration, automation, productionsupportandplatformmodernisation, helping deliver reliable technologyfor customers andfrontline teams.
Whatyou’llbe doing
In this role, you will:
Develop andmaintainMicrosoft Dynamics andcontact centre platform solutions.
Build and support integrations using APIs and middleware.
Apply CI/CD, automation,testingand DevOps practices.
Support production systems and drive continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and contribute to strong engineering practices.
This is a hands-on role, where you will actively contribute to coding,participateinarchitectural decisionsandinvolve in solution design.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance on an ad-hoc basis.

You’llbringstrongengineering experience,ownershipand a collaborative mindset, including:
Microsoft Dynamics 365Customer Engagementdevelopment experience.
Contact centre domain knowledge.
Experience with APIs, middleware, CI/CD, automatedtestingand production support.
Strong problem-solving,communicationand mentoring skills.
Nice to have
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial:
CCaaS, IVR, telephony or enterprise contact centre technologies.
Financial services or regulated environment experience.
