Join Wezen as a Solutions Engineer, where you will be responsible for implementing our platform for clients and driving innovation. You will manage your own clients, understand their environment and processes, build integration plans, define user onboarding strategies, and supervise operations. Additionally, you will drive development projects, collect user feedback, check new feature quality, and suggest improvements. Ideal candidates should have a degree from an engineering school, 0-2 years of experience, great analytical skills, and fluency in French and English.
Missions
- Comprendre l'environnement et les processus des clients, élaborer des plans pour intégrer la plateforme Wezen et définir la stratégie d'intégration des utilisateurs.
- Superviser les opérations et assurer le succès des projets en tant que responsable de vos propres clients.
- Conduire des projets de développement avec des prestataires externes, collecter les retours des utilisateurs et fournir une analyse.
Profil recherché
**Must have:*** **Graduated from an Engineering School**
* Experience: Junior (0-2 years experience)
* Great analytical skills
* Tech Lover
* Fluency in French/English
* Ability to discuss with a wide range of profiles (Developers, Translators, Copywriters, Clients)
**Nice to have**
* Previous experience in a start-up
* Experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Akeneo, Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager, etc...
* Experience in a foreign country
