AGM Interior Designer

The Assistant General Manager leads the interior design of WLG's residential projects, creating spaces that are not just beautiful, but soulful. This role is responsible for developing interior design concepts, material palettes, furniture layouts, and finish specifications that meet the highest luxury standards WLG stands for.

Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design development for assigned projects from concept to execution.
• Develop interior design concepts aligned with WLG's brand and the architectural vision.
• Prepare interior drawings, layouts, elevations, ceiling plans, and section details.
• Specify materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, and fittings (FF& E).
• Prepare and present material boards and design presentations to the CEO/client.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors for interior-structure integration.
• Review and approve contractor shop drawings and mock-ups for interior elements.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor interior execution quality.
• Guide and review work of Junior Interior Designers and Draftspersons.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Design quality: Interior design packages approved by Design Development Head / CEO on first or second submission.
• Material specifications: All FF& E and finish specifications issued before procurement deadline.
• Site quality: Interior execution on site achieving WLG quality standard verified by site visits.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of interior design experience.
• Knowledge of B. Arch or recognised Interior Design qualification.
• Strong experience in a luxury residential portfolio; demonstrable experience in premium interiors.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualisation tools.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF& E for luxury residential.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• High-rise residential project experience.
• Exposure to international luxury brands and design studios.
• Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion proficiency.
