React/NodeJS Full Stack Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Web & Mobile Engineering: Develop, test, and maintain high-performance frontend applications and

mobile modules using ReactJS, React Native, and NodeJS. Translate complex product and design designs

into highly interactive, responsive applications.

• Database Design & Management: Design, optimize, and manage logical data structures and schemas

across NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational/SQL databases, ensuring fast data retrieval and consistency.

• Secure API Integration: Implement, document, and consume robust GraphQL and RESTful APIs, securing

endpoints and client-server transitions to bridge mobile and web applications with backend

microservices.

• Application Security: Implement strict system authorization and authentication (AuthN/AuthZ) controls

using JWT and OAuth 2.0 standards, ensuring user and data access protocols conform to strict mobile

and API security audits.

• UI Component Architecture: Design, test, and document modular, highly reusable UI components to

drive uniform aesthetics, rapid layout assembly, and easy code maintenance across our development

ecosystem.

• Quality Assurance & Debugging: Write clean, testable, and highly optimized code. Enforce code quality

standards, perform advanced code debugging and troubleshooting, and contribute to thorough peer

code reviews.

• DevOps & Version Control Lifecycle: Leverage version control (Git) to coordinate and streamline shared

development branches. Work alongside DevOps teams with tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, Docker

containerization, and AWS CodePipeline.

• Agile & SDLC Collaboration: Collaborate actively within cross-functional Agile teams, participating in

solutions brainstorming, task breakdowns, sprint reviews, and daily progress standups to maintain high

shipping momentum.

Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience focusing on

production-grade full stack software delivery.

• Core Technology Stack: Hands-on, deep development expertise in ReactJS, React Native, NodeJS,

GraphQL, MongoDB, and SQL.

• Mobile Security Implementation: In-depth knowledge of implementing AuthN and AuthZ standards

(including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and session token storage) for application security.

• DevOps & Containerization: Practical familiarity with DevOps tools, specifically Git, GitHub, Bitbucker,

Docker, and AWS CodePipeline to maintain standardized build systems.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud hosting services and deployment pipelines on AWS,

Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Agile Processes: Deep comprehension of the Agile software development lifecycle, scrum ceremonies,

and SDLC best practices.
