We design and implement powerful HubSpot solutions that transform business operations, align teams, and drive sustainable growth.

WHITEHAT is Greece’s leading HubSpot Solutions Partner, specializing in WebOps, HubSpot CMS and complex digital projects for scaling and enterprise-level organizations.

As a HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner and one of fewer than 100 agencies worldwide holding the HubSpot Solutions Architecture Design Accreditation, we design and deliver scalable websites and digital experiences that connect content, technology and business goals.

We work with ambitious organizations on high-impact projects, bringing together strategy, design, development and platform expertise. Our work spans website builds, redesigns, migrations and ongoing optimization, with CRM, marketing automation and analytics integrated where they support the wider customer experience.

We move fast. We think in systems. We care about clarity. And we take pride in building digital experiences that are effective, adaptable and easy to manage.

Our mission is to help organizations create digital experiences that support growth today and can evolve as their needs, technologies and customer expectations change.

The Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to create clear, engaging and user-centered digital experiences for our clients.

You’ll work across the design process, from understanding a brief and exploring ideas to creating prototypes, presenting your work and supporting implementation. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, developers, clients and other specialists to make sure each design responds to user needs, business goals and technical requirements.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who cares about both how a digital experience looks and how well it works.

What You’ll Do

Design useful digital experiences

  • Create user flows, wireframes, page layouts, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for websites and other digital experiences.
  • Translate business objectives, project requirements and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions.
  • Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile.
  • Apply accessibility and usability principles throughout your work.
  • Maintain consistency across pages and projects, following established brand guidelines and design systems.

Work from discovery through delivery

  • Take part in discovery and design discussions to understand project goals, users and constraints.
  • Use research, analytics, client input and available user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Share and present design concepts clearly, incorporating feedback and iterating where needed.
  • Prepare clear design specifications and assets to support development.
  • Review implemented designs with developers and help resolve visual or usability issues before launch.

Collaborate with clients and the team

  • Work closely with project managers, developers and other specialists throughout project delivery.
  • Communicate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute design perspectives during project planning and creative discussions.
  • Manage your own design tasks and keep work organized across projects and deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX or web design.
  • A portfolio that shows your design process and the quality of your work across relevant digital projects.
  • Strong skills in Figma, including preparing prototypes and files for development.
  • A good understanding of responsive design, usability and accessibility principles.
  • The ability to turn project requirements and user needs into practical, well-considered design solutions.
  • Good visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and confidence in explaining your design choices.
  • An open, collaborative approach and the ability to respond constructively to feedback.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.

Experience with user research or usability testing, design systems, website development, HTML and CSS will be considered an advantage.

Benefits

  • The opportunity to work on varied websites and digital experiences for ambitious organizations.
  • A collaborative, multidisciplinary team working across design, development, CRM and marketing operations.
  • Opportunities to contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from early discovery to launch.
  • Support for your professional development and continued learning.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Private health insurance.
  • Your birthday off.
