WhyBrilliant is scaling its GTM engine and looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Berlin (Hybrid). In this role, you will be the critical first human touchpoint turning automated lead flow into qualified sales meetings. Working directly with the GTM Lead, you will drive proactive cold outreach and cold calling, master cutting-edge AI-native GTM tools and automations, and lay the foundation to skyrocket your B2B sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct targeted outbound outreach and cold calling to prospective B2B clients.
Act as the vital first touchpoint on leads generated by WhyBrilliant's internal lead automation system.
Qualify prospects and book high-value meetings for the commercial team.
Learn and operate modern, AI-native GTM motions and outbound workflows.
Continuously iterate on pitch angles, objection handling, and outbound messaging.
