- Maintain recipe consistency, food quality and presentation standards.
- Control food costs, stock levels, ordering and portion sizes.
- Reduce waste and support kitchen profitability.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional kitchen; supervisory or kitchen management experience preferred
- Strong kitchen leadership and planning skills, with proven ability in food cost control, stock management, portion control, waste reduction and consistent food quality.
