- Set up and manage an assigned kitchen station during service.
- Maintain consistent portion sizes, food quality and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and monitor station stock levels.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and safe food-handling procedures.
- Keep the work station clean, organised and ready for service.
- Minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen or a similar food preparation role
- Confident cooking skills, the ability to work independently during service, attention to detail and reliable teamwork.
