Вам предстоит:

Проводить A/B-тесты по улучшению программы лояльности (изменение коэффициента начисления баллов, введение новых уровней, запуски акций / механик, изменение условий сгорания бонусов): самостоятельно искать инсайты для бизнеса в BigData, формулировать и проверять гипотезы, разрабатывать дизайн пилота, проводить постанализ, формулировать выводы;
Оценивать эффективности CRM-кампаний по программе лояльности по метрикам коммуникационной воронки (sent, deliver, click, Delivery Rate, CTR, CR, uplift, стат. значимость, CAC, ROI) и их экономическому эффекту;
Сегментировать участников программы лояльности;
Разрабатывать и поддерживать дашборды по программе лояльности;
Формировать регулярные отчеты для стейкхолдеров с понятными выводами и рекомендациями;
Создавать инструменты экспресс-анализа, калькуляторы для бизнеса.

Формат работы - гибридный, по согласованию с руководителем.

Вы нам подходите, если:

Владеете SQL;
Имеете опыт работы с Python (работа с данными, проведение AB-тестов);
Обладаете знаниями статистики и владеете Bi-инструментами;
Будет плюсом понимание ETL процессов и работы с данными (Airflow);
Имеете опыт сегментации клиентов (RFM, когорты, поведенческие сегменты);
Понимаете ключевые метрики программы лояльности и их влияние на верхнеуровневые метрики;
Обладаете глубоким пониманием статистического анализа, проверки гипотез и планирования экспериментов;
Умеете считать бизнес-кейсы и PnL-модели, рассчитывать прибыльность, маржу и LTV.
