Мы - команда графовой платформы в отделе Trust & Safety RWB. Наша платформа - инструмент антифрода: на графе строятся графовые признаки для ML-моделей фрода, репутационная система и визуализатор связей.

Масштаб:

основной граф - 100 млрд рёбер, 15 млрд вершин, 3.4 ТБ;
нагрузка - 6 000 RPS на чтение, 200 WPS на запись;
инфраструктура - K8s, кластеры Cassandra и Spark + Hadoop.

Стек: JanusGraph, Gremlin, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Golang, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Kafka/Redpanda, K8s, React.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

Управлять командой Go/Java-разработчиков;
Развивать OLTP-точечные поиски и OLAP-обходы графа (JanusGraph + Spark + Hadoop + GraphFrame);
Решать инженерные вызовы платформы: стабильность Cassandra под нагрузкой (GC-паузы, деградация чтения), ускорение точечных поисков;
Запускать новые графы под задачи антифрода: граф переводов, проверка гипотез о применимости графовых подходов;
Отвечать за надёжность конвейеров данных из ClickHouse и Kafka через Go-воркеры.

Мы ждём, что вы:

Имеете опыт руководства инженерной командой;
Имеете коммерческий опыт разработки на Golang и/или Java;
Имеете продовый опыт с распределёнными NoSQL (Cassandra или аналог), Spark и K8s;
Знаете графовые БД (JanusGraph, Neo4j) и язык запросов Gremlin.

Будет плюсом:

Hadoop-экосистема, графовые алгоритмы;
Работа в антифроде / рисках;
Опыт миграций инфраструктуры между ЦОДами и облаками.
