Join the IBOSS Group as a Senior StaffBackEnd Software Engineer, developing the Catapult AI assisted risk investigation system.

In this role you’ll be part of an innovative team that creates the next generation of Intuit’s risk investigation and remediation system, working on cutting edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Successful delivery of high-quality software (requirements, design, code, documentation, etc.)
• Contribute to early quality activities, including peer reviews of estimates, designs and code
• Develop well-architected, elegant software solutions with a passion for excellence
• Production support involved with monitoring systems and remediating issues
• Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams, partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments
• Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments
• Mentor team members, fostering their progressional growth and development
• Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics
• Collaborate with other engineers to share best practices and knowledge of emerging technologies
• Occasionally engage with customers to get a first-hand understanding of their needs
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work well in a team
• Perform and participate in peer code reviews

Qualifications

• 10years of hands-on experience developing in Java and modern frameworks
• Strong hands-on proven experience in large-scale SW architecture and design in cloud distributed
• Strong foundations with AI and LLM trends, methodologies, and design patterns.
• Solid development fundamentals and good Backend architectural understanding
• Experience in solving high scale problems in production environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud and devops technologies: K8S, CI/CD, AWS
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-obseesed mindset, maturity to prioritize customer pains and understand the user journey in a complex cross-dependent system.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving
• Ability to adapt to different tech stack and tech stacks and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and to multi-task
• Experience working with cross-functional teams while maintaining effective working relationships
• Strong “can-do” approach, creativity and learning mindset. Ability to meet deadlines and think strategically
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
