Our ideal candidate for the Credit Controller position is proactive, outgoing and a real people person, with strong relationship building skills.
What you will own and manage during your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:
- Provide customers with regular Statement of Accounts
- Follow up customers with outstanding payments
- Develop and maintain effective and constructive commercial relationships with customers to achieve the best credit results as possible
- To familiar and to act in accordance with all applicable credit processes and policies
- Build close relations with the team and colleagues across globe
This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:
- Bachelor or similar degree in economics/finance or relevant 2-3 years of work experience
- Fluent in English - both writing and speaking
- Excellent interacting, negotiation and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a drive to take on challenges, and ability to react in timely manner
- Computer literate (experience in system environment)
- Open and easy-going nature
