Position Summary: Wingate University is seeking applicants to fill several part-time, adjunct teaching positions in the areas below. These part time positions will primarily teach in-person classes on our main campus unless otherwise specified.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Teach undergraduatecourses in the History discipline

·Regular, predictable attendance on campus(for in-person classes)

·Alignment with University mission, vision, and strategic roadmap

·Other job duties/responsibilities may be assigned

Education and Experience: Ideal candidates will have a master’s degreeor higher in a related discipline and college teaching experience. Experience with Google Workspace applications and Canvas preferred.
