Sales Team Leader Support

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Team Manager Support Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and sales support to a busy real estate team manager.

The ideal candidate will have Australian real estate experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Send and manage property appraisal emails

• Prepare and send Just Listed and Just Sold email campaigns

• Assist with engage proposals

• Manage and update information in Airtable

• Coordinate and book property photography

• Prepare and send vendor reports and updates

• Provide general administrative and sales support to the Team Manager

• Ensure all tasks and processes are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Previous Australian real estate experience is highly preferred

• Experience with Agentbox is highly desirable

• Experience using Airtable

• Strong understanding of Australian real estate sales processes

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and confident working within an Australian real estate environment. You should be comfortable supporting a busy Team Manager and taking ownership of day-to-day sales administration and marketing tasks.
