岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、完成版图布局规划，物理布局，布线和验证，包括DRC，LVS等;

2、依靠layout布局技术，以提高电路性能;

3、与设计工程师高效合作，完成面积、布局等设计目标;

4、负责相关layout文档的撰写。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科以上学历，微电子或电子类相关专业，5年以上模拟/数模混合IC版图设计的直接经验;

2、熟悉CMOS/BiCMOS/Bipolar/BCD工艺、层次及器件，能做whole chip规划;

3、拥有丰富的模拟电路理论知识，具有良好的中英文阅读、沟通和文档写作能力;

4、符合艾为价值观：简单、皮实、智慧、靠谱。
