岗位职责 / Responsibilities

一、版图设计与统筹

1. 主导模拟及数模混合芯片全流程版图设计，含模块与TOP级布局规划、布线及优化，独立完成整颗芯片版图设计迭代，确保电路功能后仿真正常。

2. 规避WPE、LOD等工艺效应，提升电路性能稳定性，优化版图面积，在满足性能指标前提下进行降本。

二、物理验证与可靠性保障

1. 独立完成DRC、LVS、寄生参数提取等全套物理验证，确保版图验证通过。

2. 基于ESD、Latch-up等原理制定防护方案，排查版图风险，保障芯片达工业级/车规级可靠性。

3. 分析验证问题并制定优化方案，协同电路工程师推进版图修正，保障电路性能。

三、流程管控与数据交付

1. 主导芯片流片全流程，负责GDSII数据制备、PAD布局交付，对接上下游部门，确保数据准确、项目按时交付。

2. 撰写版图相关技术文档，规范管理并实现技术传承。

四、跨团队协作与技术支持

1. 协同多团队沟通协作，提供版图专业建议，参与跨部门技术评审。

2. 为芯片流片后调试提供版图技术支持，协助分析故障并提出优化方案。

3. 指导初/中级工程师，参与技术培训。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科以上学历，微电子或电子类相关专业;

2. 具有5年以上模拟/数模混合IC版图设计的直接经验;

3. 熟悉CMOS/BiCMOS/Bipolar/BCD工艺、层次及器件; 能做whole chip 规划;

4. 拥有丰富的模拟电路理论知识; 具有良好的中英文阅读、沟通和文档写作能力
