岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责芯片级嵌入式的软件架构设计及软件开发，包含SoC/MCU/DSP的底层驱动，固件开发和系统性能优化

2. 与芯片设计及算法团队合作，参与芯片的验证，并完成算法实现及性能调优

3. 负责客户项目的产品导入和疑难问题的解决

4. 参与市场与客户需求的收集分析和芯片的的规格制定

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、计算机或通信类相关专业，5年及以上软件工作经验

2. 精通嵌入式软件，熟悉硬件电路及工作原理; 精通C/C++语言，熟悉编译原理及汇编语言

3. 熟悉ARM/RSIC-V/DSP架构和开发及调试工具

4. 熟悉半导体制造流程及全生命周期管理者优先; 有马达控制，sensor检测处理，mcu产品经验者优先

5. 符合艾为价值观：简单、皮实、智慧、靠谱
