What You’ll Do:
The Program Manager, People & Culture role is instrumental in driving the growth and sustainability of our Wintrust commitment and mission of building a high-performance culture that focused on people and powered by inclusion. This position will primarily focus on managing the Business Resource Groups (BRGs). In addition, the Program Manager will oversee our mentoring and sponsorship programs, manage internal and external communications related to inclusion initiatives, and be responsible for nurturing our strategic partnerships. Emphasis would be on developing and managing programs that target Wintrust team members across the enterprise ensuring inclusive practices are integrated in our workforce, workplace, and community. The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture, with expectations for close alignment and collaboration with the Human Resources and senior leaders as well as effectively partnering with other key stakeholder groups to ensure sound execution, visibility, and engagement by all employees as we continue to foster an inclusive culture.
Strategy & Planning
Develops, implements and manages innovative inclusion practices, programs and initiatives.
Take ownership of Business Resource Groups, ensuring its continuous growth and evolution with focus on operationalizing the program.
Provide oversight and project management to support the expansion of internal mentoring and sponsorship programs ensuring their ongoing success and effectiveness.
Partner with internal subject matter experts to formulate initiatives that enhance a culture of high performance, inclusion, cultural agility, engagement and retention.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities for advancing inclusion objectives organization wide.
Partner with Leadership Development, and other HR Centers of Excellence as needed, to design and deliver programs that support multicultural leadership pipeline development and retention, and other inclusive outcomes.
Manage strategic partnerships in collaboration with Talent Acquisition for enhanced talent sourcing and development options, particularly targeting women, professionals of color, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
Communication & Awareness
Collaborate with Marketing, Internal Communications and Community Impact to ensure awareness and visibility of key initiatives and programs.
Develop impactful and creative inclusion content for various communication channels (newsletters, intranet posts, email blasts, etc.,) for internal and external audiences.
Represent Wintrust at high-visibility staffing events, such as campus visits, career fairs, panels, and conferences, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing or developing workforce inclusion programs or initiatives (corporate-wide experience is a plus), program management concepts, or professional development concepts.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development/Change Management, diversity and inclusion programming, communication, professional development, or leadership development.
Ability to operate in a self-directed manner, manage multiple priorities, and work in a decentralized and fast-paced environment.
Ability to establish productive working relationships at all levels of the organization, and across all business units.
Ability to provide data and analysis on programs participation and effectiveness.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
