EUC Support Engineer (all genders)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Fluent German, along with good English communication

• 5+ years of hands-on End User Computing / Desktop Support experience

• Ability to work onsite at the Garching location 5 days per week

• Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing and onsite IT support experience

Technical Skills:

• Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android device administration, deployment, migration and troubleshooting

• Microsoft Intune and endpoint configuration/management

• SCCM / MECM, Jamf

• MDM and Windows Autopilot

• Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO) and user/access management

• Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams support

• Software/application deployment and troubleshooting

• Patch management

• Hardware and peripheral support - laptops, desktops, docks, monitors and printers

• Printer configuration and troubleshooting

• Experience supporting meeting room systems, including Cisco control panels, video conferencing equipment, and Yealink devices.

• Basic network troubleshooting - LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN

• Remote desktop and end-user support

• IT Asset Management and inventory handling

• ServiceNow / ITSM - Incident and Service Request Management

• ITIL-based support processes

• VIP/Executive user support

• Experience working in a global enterprise IT infrastructure environment
