Core WFM (Forecasting, Planning, Scheduling & RTA) - Roles & Responsibilities

üPreferred Location : GNDC, Greater Noida

oPeople Management experience.

oOwn the end-to-end Workforce Management lifecycle including Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Intraday Management and Reporting.

oDevelop long-term, short-term, and intraday forecasts to support operational and business objectives.

oPerform capacity planning, FTE modeling, hiring forecasts, and scenario analysis to ensure SLA and budget alignment.

oCreate and optimize schedules, rosters, leave plans and shift coverage to meet business demand and operational requirements.

oMonitor real-time performance, manage staffing variances and drive recovery actions to protect service levels and customer experience.

oManage key WFM levers including shrinkage, occupancy, utilization, adherence, productivity and staffing efficiency.

oPartner with Operations, HR, Training, Finance, and Recruitment teams to ensure workforce readiness and delivery stability.

oPublish WFM governance reports, identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Drive continuous improvement through forecast accuracy reviews, process optimization, and workforce analytics.
