Job Summary: We are seeking an experiencedGen AI Architect / AI-First Solutions Engineerwith 6-10 years of full-stack engineering experience and deep hands-onexpertisein building production-grade AI-enabled systems. The role focuses on designing scalable AI frameworks, reusable RAG/agent architectures, and cloud-native solutions that accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption. This position requires a builder mindset,strong systemdesign skills, and the ability to enable engineering teams to deliver AI responsibly and at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliverproduction-grade AI-enabled applicationsusing modern full-stack and cloud-native architectures.
• Build reusableAI frameworks, reference architectures, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and document processing systems.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems with strong engineering practices-clean code, automation, observability, reliability.
• Apply GenAI patterns includingRAG, prompt orchestration, agentic workflows, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Developmodel-agnostic solutionsresilient to rapidly evolving AI ecosystem changes.
• Simplify complex AI implementations intorepeatable, scalable patternsfor wider organizational adoption.
• Mentor engineering teams, lead architecture/design reviews, and enable AI-first delivery across projects.
• Own and enforceDevOps best practices-CI/CD, automated testing, telemetry, monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, cloud, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver milestones.
• Remove architectural bottlenecks and accelerate delivery of AI solutions from prototype to production.

Required Skills and Qualification

• 6-10 years of experience buildingproduction-grade, full-stack, cloud-native systems.
• Proven experience deliveringAI/GenAI applications in production(not just POCs).
• ExpertiseinRAG, LLM integration/orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails.
• Strong foundationinsystem design, distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, security, and observability.
• Hands-onproficiencyinJava and/or Pythonwith modern backend frameworks.
• Experience withAPIs, event-driven systems, microservices, data systems, and cloud-native patterns.
• Strong DevOps capabilities:CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and reliability engineering.
• Excellent technical communication and anAI-first builder mindset.
