Job Summary: We areseekinga skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles. The ideal candidate willbe responsible forsourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and contributing to our company’s overall growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates:Utilizemultiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) toidentifyand attract top IT talent.
- Screening & Interviewing:Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements.
- Job Postings:Create and manage job postings for various IT positions, ensuring they are well-written and aligned with company branding.
- Candidate Management:Maintainand manage candidate pipelines for current and future job openings, ensuringtimelycommunication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and work together to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Offer Management:Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks toprovidevaluable insights to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Employer Branding:Assistin promoting the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, ideally in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical jargon.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
