1. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100, ISO14001).

2. Conduct regular audits (ISO, internal, and customer audits) and inspections (maintenance, calibration, ESD, MSD, 5S, etc.).

3. Identify and resolve production quality issues to maintain product integrity.

4. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

5. Promptly address customer complaints and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.

6. Keep detailed records of quality activities and prepare comprehensive quality reports for management.

7. Collaborate with quality, production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.

8. Provide training on quality practices to enhance overall team competency.

9. Work diligently to uphold and improve our quality systems.
