Career Boost Program: Full-Stack AI Marketer - Base44

Maybe you’ve been posting your own content and realized people are paying attention. Maybe you’ve built something on the web for yourself, for a friend or just to try an idea out. Maybe you’re obsessed with AI and always looking for the next trends and products to try them out yourself. If you know how to get people excited about what you build - this is exactly the program for you.

Over 2 days, you’ll experience what it’s like to work at Base44. You’ll build with other marketers and take on a real project alongside our team, showing us what you do best. Along the way, you’ll get expert feedback, create portfolio-ready work and have a shot at a full-stack marketing role.

You don’t need to call yourself a marketer. You need to turn ideas into something real and know how to get people to care. We’re looking for early-career talent from any background, whether formally trained, freelance or self-taught.

Key dates

• Applications open: November 1, 2026

• Applications close: November 8, 2026

• Program: November 29 to November 30 ,2026

• Start date if hired: December 2026 or January 2027, based on your availability

The program takes place at Base44’s Tel Aviv office, with attendance required on all 2 days.

Must:

• A strong understanding of audience, message and positioning, even if you’ve never called it “marketing”

• The ability to create and execute in at least one area: social, content, design, video, product marketing, growth, PR or AI

• The skills to turn ideas into finished work you can show

• AI-native: you use AI naturally, as part of how you think, build and work

• An active interest in AI, products, brands, creators and trends

• Speed, adaptability and comfort with ambiguity

• Excellent English
