Rejoins Wiztrust, une entreprise innovante dans le domaine de l'IA et de la personnalisation client. En tant que Product Manager Studio, tu piloteras des projets de personnalisation, accompagneras les intégrations API et analyseras l'évolution du trafic. Tu seras le point de contact produit pour les équipes CS et les clients, et tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe technique.

Missions

  • Piloter les projets de personnalisation client, de la demande à la mise en production.
  • Répondre aux questions d'intégration des clients et prospects concernant les API.
  • Analyser les évolutions de trafic et piloter les audits d'accessibilité RGAA.

Profil recherché

* Usage quotidien et démontrable des outils d'IA en contexte professionnel : cadrer une tâche pour un assistant, itérer sur un résultat, repérer une sortie fausse. Premier critère de sélection, testé par un cas pratique en entretien.

* 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet digital, PM junior, chef de projet web ou CSM technique.

* À l'aise avec la lecture technique : ticket Jira, dialogue avec des développeurs, CSS, test d'une API dans Postman. Sans savoir coder.

* Rigueur d'écriture : une décision non écrite dans le ticket n'existe pas.

* Autonomie et sens du client : la personne sera par moments le seul PM présent sur son périmètre.

* Français courant à l'écrit, anglais professionnel.
