Experienced procurement professional with expertise in office fit-outs, workplace infrastructure, furniture, MEP, security, AV, and turnkey projects. Proven ability to manage complex sourcing initiatives, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver commercial value across global projects. Role Purpose -Senior Group Manager - Infrastructure Fit-Out Procurement will lead end-to-end sourcing and category management for office fit-outs, workplace infrastructure, furniture, MEP, security, AV, and other Capex projects across multiple geographies. The role partners with Real Estate, Facilities, Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with optimal commercial value while ensuring compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities-Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Develop sourcing strategies for fit-out and workplace infrastructure categories.
- Drive competitive sourcing, cost optimization, value engineering, and supplier consolidation initiatives.
- Manage categories including interiors, furniture, MEP, security, fire systems, AV, data cabling, and workplace branding. Project Procurement
- Lead procurement for new sites, expansions, relocations, and refurbishments.
- Manage RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and business requirements.Supplier & Contract Management
- Build and manage a high-performing supplier network across regions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, and risk frameworks. Stakeholder Management-
- Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
- Provide market intelligence, commercial insights, and sourcing recommendations to leadership.Governance & Reporting-
