This role plays a critical part in Wolfspeed’s mission to scale world-class silicon carbide technology safely, reliably, and sustainably. In your role as a Corporate FP&A Analyst, you will support our Corporate FP&A organization by ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement while delivering insights that support executive decision-making. This is a high-visibility position within a fast-growing technology company, providing opportunities to influence financial planning, reporting, and business performance across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement results.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are achieved with accuracy and completeness.
- Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning submissions.
- Perform variance analysis against Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Prior Quarter, and Prior Year results.
- Support the preparation of executive reporting for Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board, and Audit Committee reviews.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Prepare and distribute management reporting packages.
- Support internal and external audit requirements and reporting requests.
- Develop insightful commentary highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze revenue, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital performance.
- Assist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic decision support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes.
- Develop and maintain reporting automation solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, and financial planning systems.
- Build dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Document and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
- Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce manual effort through automation and innovative reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional Chartered Accounting Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, reporting, consolidations, or corporate finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Collaborative problem-solver
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Power BI experience preferred
- Experience semiconductor industry or a manufacturing environment
