As a Branch Manager based in Tower Hamletts, you’ll be responsible for:
- Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
- Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
- Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Instil a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch
- Take a hands-on approach to branch management, supporting all areas of the business and leading by example to ensure operational excellence.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.

- A solid background in management in trade sector
- Good understanding of social housing market and plumbing and heating industry
- Proven leadership and management experience
- A passion for nurturing team development
- A strong track record in sales & operational excellence within a customer facing environment
- Commercial awareness and ability to execute plans to deliver profitable results
