Customer Support Executive - Ripon - Managed Services
Part time role - 25 hours per week Monday - Friday

As a Customer Support Executive based in Ripon you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing customer enquiries from supermarket clients, processing orders, and providing effective solutions to queries and challenges.
- Liaising with suppliers to secure accurate delivery timescales, resolve supply issues, and keep customers informed throughout the order process.
- Preparing customer quotations, monitor order progress, track deliveries, and obtain Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
- Maintaining strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions, resolve customer complaints, and manage customer expectations through effective communication with external suppliers.
This is a part time, permanent role working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:30AM - 14:30PM. Office based role with hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
