Wolters Kluwer N.V. is a global information services, enterprise software, and workflow solutions provider for professional sectors. Headquartered in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands, the publicly traded multinational operates across five core business divisions: Health, Tax & Accounting, Financial & Corporate Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, and Corporate Performance & ESG.

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with healthcare organizations globally to successfully implement, integrate, and optimize Medi-Span solutions that power critical clinical decision-making and medication workflows. Medi-Span solutions include drug data, clinical screening capabilities, APIs, web services, databases, and related technologies that enable healthcare organizations to embed medication intelligence into clinical systems and workflows.

Combining technical expertise with a consultative approach, you will work closely with customer developers, solution architects, business analysts, implementation teams, and clinical stakeholders to deliver successful implementations. You will provide guidance on product capabilities and implementation best practices, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and translate business, technical, and workflow requirements into practical, scalable solutions. You will help shape implementation strategy across a portfolio of customers by proactively identifying risks, driving the resolution of complex issues, and influencing cross-functional teams to improve delivery quality, implementation predictability, and customer outcomes.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in South Sathorn Road, Bangkok (hybrid working, working from home 3 days per week) #LI-Hybrid

ABOUT THE ROLE

Implementation Consulting

  • Advise international customers on implementation of Medi-Span APIs, web services, databases, drug data, clinical screening content, and related product capabilities.
  • Help customers understand product inputs, outputs, configuration options, data structures, expected behavior, and best-practice use within their applications and workflows.
  • Consult with customer developers, architects, analysts, and clinical advisors on technical architecture, user interface considerations, workflow fit, and practical implementation approaches.
  • Translate customer goals, constraints, and healthcare workflow needs into clear technical guidance while recognizing that customers own final design, validation, and deployment decisions.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot complex implementation issues in customer-controlled environments that Wolters Kluwer does not directly manage.
  • Design and validate advanced integration, migration, cutover, and rollback strategies for complex or non-standard customer environments.
  • Review customer-provided code snippets, API calls, configuration examples, logs, data outputs, integration behavior, and technical documentation.
  • Read and debug code across multiple programming languages and help customers identify practical next steps.
  • Use structured analysis and stepwise validation to determine whether issues relate to configuration, data interpretation, API usage, integration design, customer code, workflow assumptions, or environmental constraints.
  • Escalate product, data, documentation, or supportability issues internally when customer issues reveal broader patterns or recurring gaps.

Training, Documentation, and Enablement

  • Provide targeted onboarding and technical training to customer developers, technical teams, clinical advisors, and implementation stakeholders.
  • Adapt explanations for audiences with different levels of technical, clinical, and product knowledge.
  • Create, update, or contribute to implementation documentation, technical examples, FAQs, troubleshooting notes, training materials, and customer enablement resources.
  • Identify documentation gaps based on recurring customer questions, implementation pain points, and support themes.

Product Feedback and Cross-Functional Input

  • Surface recurring implementation themes, customer pain points, adoption barriers, and product-readiness issues to Product, Engineering, Clinical Content, Documentation, and Support teams.
  • Represent the international customer implementation perspective in cross-functional discussions when technical, workflow, or customer adoption insights are needed.
  • Recommend improvements to implementation practices, documentation, tools, product behavior, or support resources based on real-world customer experience.
  • Lead or facilitate post-implementation and post-incident reviews for complex initiatives and recommend systemic improvements.
  • Support regulatory, quality, and audit activities by advising on implementation readiness, documentation completeness, and process adherence.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, pilot programs, or proof-of-concept efforts aimed at improving Systems Implementation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with management on special projects or emerging priorities requiring senior technical leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical consulting, implementation, solutions engineering, professional services, or equivalent role.
  • Systems Integration: Experience with APIs, databases, web services, or software integrations.
  • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable engaging technical, business, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Technical Communication: Able to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Training & Enablement: Experience delivering customer training and onboarding.
  • Documentation Excellence: Able to produce clear technical guidance and documentation.
  • Project Management: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and customer engagements.
