  • Coordinate with Construction Management, Engineering, Planning, HSE, Quality, Materials, Completions, Commissioning, vendors and other contractors.

  • Record, track and verify close-out of punch items and recurring workmanship concerns.
  • Complete Wood Daily Diaries and review contractor Daily Diaries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain clear records of progress, quantities, labour, equipment, productivity, delays, instructions and significant site events.
  • Witness inspections and tests where assigned and support the close-out of quality issues and non-conformances.
  • Confirm that red-line drawings, inspection records, test certificates and Completions documentation are compiled as the work progresses.
  • Support construction completion, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Exercise stop-work authority where there is an immediate risk to people, the environment, assets or quality.
  • Work through the contractor’s authorised management and supervisors without taking over responsibility for the contractor’s workforce or construction execution.
