Am Standort Glatten suchen wir einen IT Support Analyst (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für IT-Systeme, Client-Hardware und Software

  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung durch strukturierte Diagnose und nachhaltige Problemlösung

  • Support für Produktionsmaschinen PCs vor Ort und in vernetzten Umgebungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Herstellern

  • Asset-Management mit prozesssicherem Austausch von Standardhardware

  • Mitwirkung an globalen IT-Projektenz.B. zur Standardisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

  • Entwicklung globaler Standards für Konfiguration, Installation, Wartung und Betrieb von Hard- und Software

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Client-Hardware und -Software, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld

  • Solide Kenntnisse von Client-Betriebssystemen sowie gängigen Office-Anwendungen wie z.B. Excel

  • Erfahrung mit ActiveDirectoryund Kontenverwaltung im täglichen IT-Support

  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
