Contract Duration: 9–12 Months

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour

Certification: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a mandatory Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification to support our Expert Services projects. The selected candidate will contribute architectural expertise and provide technical guidance based on assigned project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and technical expertise across ServiceNow Expert Services projects.
• Design and guide the implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and technical recommendations.
• Support project-specific requirements and ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation.
• Ability to work on assigned Expert Services projects throughout the contract period.
• Willingness to transfer the CTA certification to the company as a condition of the contractual engagement, subject to applicable ServiceNow certification policies.

Contract Details

• Duration: 9 months to 1 year.
• Hourly Rate: $30–$35 per hour.
• Project Allocation: Engagement in ServiceNow Expert Services projects based on business requirements.
• H-1B Support: H-1B support may be provided, if applicable and subject to eligibility and approval.
