What you’ll do
Own the Workerbase solution for your customers.
Run workshops to understand their challenges and design smart solutions.
Build and deploy apps on our low-code AI platform.
Train customer teams to create their own solutions.
Spot growth opportunities and engage senior stakeholders.
Feed your insights directly into our product roadmap.
You’re a fit if you
Take initiative and enjoy leading projects.
Have some experience in consulting or customer-facing roles.
Understand tech and can write basic code.
Can grasp and design complex processes fast.
Speak German at C1 level or above.
Love learning, improving, and challenging the status quo.
Bonus: Know manufacturing or production workflows.
