  • das Screening und Deal Sourcing neuer Investment Opportunitäten durchführen und dem Team präsentieren
  • das Team aktiv im Investmentprozess unterstützen (Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Business Case Bewertung und Due Diligence Support)
  • Tools aus dem Beratungs- und Investmentumfeld anwenden und weiterentwickeln
  • bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Venture Board unterstützen
  • aktiver Support der Portfolio-Elemente sowie Teilnahme in Meetings, Workshops und Events
  • einen umfangreichen Einblick in die Geschäfts- und Technologieentwicklungen von ZEISS erhalten

Dein Profil

  • einen Studienplatz, idealerweise in einem Masterstudiengang im technischen und/oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • sehr gute Leistungen im Studium
  • relevante praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich von Entrepreneurship / Start-ups und/oder Geschäftsstrategie
  • Verfügbar ab November 2026 für 3 - 6 Monate
  • Leidenschaft für Innovationen, neue Ideen und Technologien
  • Grundwissen im Investment- und Management-Bereich
  • eine offene, selbstständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und der Fähigkeit Probleme zu lösen
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office
