About Workforce Optimizer
WFO builds AI-powered workforce management software for organizations that run large, complex, shift-based workforces - hospitals, airports and ground handlers, telecom operators, retailers, and facilities management providers. We have helped operators such as Singapore General Hospital and Singapore's public healthcare clusters replace manual rostering with forecasting, optimization, and compliance built into the platform.
We are fast-growing technology company, headquartered in Singapore, and scaling our go-to-market into global markets.
About the role
We are scaling across multiple developed markets, the role is full-funnel: outbound pipeline generation sits at the center, and you'll grow into digital marketing, portal/web presence, market research, and event-led demand generation around it.
A large part of the job is positioning: most of our target accounts are still running manual rostering, spreadsheets, or legacy on-premise WFM systems, and you're often the first conversation that reframes what's possible with an AI-native platform.
What you'll do
Outbound & pipeline generation (the core of the role)
- Cross-market outbound: Prospect into a defined list of named accounts across our developed-market footprint - ANZ, Japan, the US, UK, UAE, and Saudi Arabia - prioritizing by fit and buying signals rather than working lists top-to-bottom.
- Multi-touch sequencing: across call, email, and LinkedIn using HubSpot and Apollo.io, personalized to the operational pain points of shift-based, frontline workforces (roster gaps, compliance risk, overtime cost, forecasting accuracy) and to each market's buying culture.
- Qualification: against MEDDPICC criteria before you book a meeting, we'd rather you protect the Head of Sales' calendar than fill it.
- CRM hygiene: Keep HubSpot activity, contact records, and account notes accurate and current - data the rest of the business can actually rely on.
What you'll grow into over your first 6-12 months
- Digital & portal presence: Own WFO's listings on relevant review and analyst portals and support light website updates - campaign landing pages and case studies - at a CMS level.
- Market research & competitive intel: Maintain the named-account target list and competitive battlecards, and track market/regulatory trends across our sectors that create sales triggers.
- Events & roundtables: Help plan and run small-format roundtables, dinners, and webinars in priority markets, and represent WFO at relevant industry events.
- GTM tooling & automation: Contribute to the outbound/marketing tech stack and help automate the manual work out of your own pipeline.
Requirements
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field: Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- English language fluency: Fluent written and spoken English - it's the working language across every market we sell into and the one non-negotiable communication requirement.
- Multi-market outbound experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting into multiple developed markets - ideally two or more of ANZ, Japan, the US, UK, UAE, or Saudi Arabia. Cross-market outbound is the job, not a stretch goal.
- Real AI fluency, not a buzzword: Genuine, demonstrable use of AI in your own work - you can describe specifically how you've used it to research accounts, personalize outreach, or automate a task, not just that you're “comfortable with AI.” We're looking for people who were already reshaping their own workflow with AI before anyone asked them to.
- Multi-tool fluency: Working knowledge of a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and outbound/enrichment tooling (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar) and the ability to pick up new tools fast without being walked through every one.
- Builder mindset: Comfort defining your own territory and qualification bar with no mature playbook to lean on - you'll help write it, not just follow it.
- Remote-first discipline: Fully remote-capable with a reliable setup, self-directed working style, and meaningful working-hours overlap with at least one of our developed-market regions on a given day.
- Fast-paced environment experience: Genuinely comfortable in a fast-paced, resource-constrained, multi-hat environment.
