Einleitung

Für ein innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien in der Region Oldenburg sind wir auf der Suche nach einem IT Application Manager (gn) für die Festanstellung.

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer unternehmenskritischen Anwendungen und sorgen für eine reibungslose Integration in die bestehenden IT-Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Administration, Wartung und Optimierung der unternehmensweiten Anwendungslandschaft
  • Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Integration neuer Softwarelösungen in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Analyse von Anforderungen und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Schulungen für Anwender
  • Monitoring der Systemperformance und proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der IT-Applikationen im Unternehmen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Application Management oder IT-Systemadministration
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Unternehmensanwendungen (z. B. ERP, CRM oder Branchensoftware)
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Service-Providern und der Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
