Not Your Typical Workplace.…
Tired of the 9-to-5 grind? Imagine a World without borders, where opportunities are endless. That's the future of work, and what we are building at WorkMotion. Our remote-first team spans across the world, helping companies hire, onboard, and manage talent internationally through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Fast-paced, people-driven, and globally connected - we empower businesses to build teams without borders.
More Than a Role.…
We don’t just need a Senior UX Designer - we need a hands-on design owner. We’re looking for someone who gets their energy from turning complex, compliance-heavy workflows into experiences that feel simple and obvious, while keeping a sharp, analytical focus on how their work delivers real business impact.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay in their lane. You’ll be at the center of it all - owning the end-to-end experience across our EOR, Direct Hiring and Contractor products, from research and discovery to prototypes and handoff - ensuring everything you touch is intuitive, consistent and research-backed and aligned with our wider goals.
You won’t be a solo operator. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, frontend engineers and leadership and directly with our clients and their employees, bringing everything together to ensure consistency, impact, and momentum across the board.
Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity…
- Own the end-to-end UX for key product areas such as onboarding, payroll, contractor management and our AI features, from problem framing to shipped experience.
- Plan and run user research, interviews and usability tests with clients, employees and internal teams, and turn what you learn into clear design decisions.
- Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma to explore ideas fast and align stakeholders early.
- Evolve and maintain the WM Design System so components, patterns and documentation stay consistent and scalable.
- Partner closely with Product Managers and frontend engineers through discovery, delivery and QA, so what ships matches what was designed.
- Measure the impact of your work through product analytics and user feedback, and keep improving what's live.
What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…
- 5+ years of experience in UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showing complex B2B or SaaS products.
- Expert in Figma, including components, variables, auto layout and interactive prototyping.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in close collaboration with engineering.
- Solid user research skills, from planning studies and running interviews to synthesising insights into action.
- Strong ownership and communication, with the confidence to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at every level.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Bonus Points If You Bring…
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech or other regulated, compliance-heavy domains.
- Experience designing AI-powered features or conversational interfaces.
- Good working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS) or experience with design-to-code workflows.
