Backend Engineer

We are looking to hire experienced engineers to join our growing product team in Hyderabad. Both roles are onsite opportunities, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), offering the chance to solve complex technical challenges, work closely with a talented cross-functional team, and make a meaningful impact on the manufacturing industry in India and globally.

As a backend engineer on our team, you will be building and scaling mission-critical systems that power enterprise workflows. The features you develop will directly influence product performance, customer experience, and business growth. Your work will have a visible, measurable impact on how our clients operate and succeed. You will be directly shaping solutions that affect some of the biggest players in manufacturing, influencing their daily operations. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, innovate and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge within the team.
• Continuously improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers where required.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience in backend development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Golang (must-have) and knowing how to write good code.
• Awareness of cloud technologies (AWS, or similar).
• Strong understanding of microservices architectures, event-driven systems,
• Kafka, webhooks, and orchestration systems.

Mindset and Attitude:

• Strong problem-solving ability with a go-getter attitude.
• Takes full ownership of services from design to production.
• Comfortable working on complex and data-heavy problems.
• Bonus: Prior experience as a core backend developer in a data-intensive enterprise environment.
