French-speaking Store Sales Consultant (Luxury Skincare)
Workster is partnering with a leading luxury skincare company to recruit a French-speaking Store Sales Consultant for a premium retail environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional passionate about beauty, skincare, and exceptional customer service. You’ll welcome and advise customers, provide personalised product recommendations, and help create an outstanding luxury shopping experience while achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Your Role
Welcome customers and deliver a warm, professional, and personalised in-store experience
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luxury skincare products and routines
Provide expert product information, demonstrations, and skincare consultations
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs, and customer service objectives
Process sales transactions accurately and support customers throughout the purchasing journey
Maintain excellent knowledge of product features, ingredients, benefits, and current promotions
Support visual merchandising, product presentation, and the overall appearance of the store
Manage stock replenishment and ensure products are displayed correctly and attractively
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues when appropriate
Follow company procedures, luxury retail standards, and health and safety requirements
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, professional, and high-performing store environment
Your Qualifications
Fluent French
Good command of English
Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury goods, or a customer-facing environment
Strong interest in luxury skincare, beauty products, and premium customer experiences
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills
Customer-focused approach with a polished and professional manner
Confident recommending products and achieving sales targets
Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs
Good attention to detail and high standards of personal presentation
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
