About the Role

WorkWave is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to help turn Sales Enablement priorities into organized, scalable, and well-executed programs for our growing sales organization.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will serve as the program management and execution engine for the Sales Enablement function. The Program Manager will have significant responsibility for seller onboarding while also supporting ongoing training, Skill-Ups, Sales Plays, GTM and product launches, Sales Kickoff, manager enablement, and other strategic programs.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who loves making things happen. The right person can take an initiative from idea to execution, create structure around it, coordinate multiple stakeholders, facilitate when needed, keep timelines moving, and ensure programs don't end when the meeting does.

As WorkWave continues to build its Sales Enablement function, this person will help establish the processes and operating rhythms that allow the team to scale.

Primary Responsibilities

    Enablement Program Management & Execution

    • Manage priority Sales Enablement programs from planning through execution, reinforcement, measurement, and follow-up.

    • Translate Enablement priorities into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, owners, communications, and deliverables.

    • Maintain visibility across active Enablement programs, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.

    • Coordinate across Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and other subject matter experts.

    • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, dependencies, capacity constraints, and execution risks.

    • Establish repeatable processes, templates, and operating rhythms that allow Enablement programs to scale.

    • Ensure programs move from idea to execution with clear ownership and follow-through.

    • Seller Onboarding & Ramp

      • Serve as the primary program owner for seller onboarding execution.

      • Coordinate onboarding schedules, communications, facilitators, SMEs, learning activities, and stakeholder participation.

      • Create a consistent onboarding experience that can flex based on role, segment, product, region, and hiring volume.

      • Partner with Sales Managers to establish clear expectations before, during, and following formal onboarding.

      • Facilitate onboarding sessions where appropriate.

      • Partner with the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement on Highspot learning paths, curriculum, content, and certifications.

      • Track onboarding participation, completion, feedback, certifications, and agreed-upon ramp milestones.

      • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the onboarding and ramp experience.

      • Ensure onboarding remains organized and effective regardless of cohort size or hiring cadence.

      • Training, Skill-Ups & Reinforcement

        • Program-manage recurring Skill-Ups and other seller development initiatives.

        • Coordinate SMEs, speakers, schedules, invitations, materials, recordings, attendance, communications, and follow-up.

        • Facilitate selected training and Enablement sessions.

        • Build reinforcement and follow-through into Enablement programs rather than treating training as a one-time event.

        • Partner with Sales Managers to help translate learning into consistent seller behaviors.

        • Coordinate manager enablement and reinforcement activities as needed.

        • GTM Launch & Sales Play Execution

          • Operationalize GTM and product launch enablement plans established by the Director of Sales Enablement.

          • Coordinate audiences, timelines, training sessions, facilitators, communications, dependencies, materials, and follow-up.

          • Partner with the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to ensure required content, learning resources, and supporting materials are available within Highspot.

          • Program-manage Sales Play activation, including seller communications, training, coordination, reinforcement, and follow-up.

          • Maintain visibility into upcoming launches and Enablement requirements to support effective capacity planning.

          • Ensure approved GTM initiatives are translated into organized, actionable seller experiences.

          • Enablement Operations & Communications

            • Maintain the Enablement calendar across onboarding, Skill-Ups, GTM launches, Sales Plays, strategic events, and other programs.

            • Coordinate Weekly Wave production and stakeholder inputs in partnership with the broader Enablement team.

            • Own operational details including scheduling, invitations, facilitator coordination, attendance, recordings, communications, action items, and follow-up.

            • Represent Enablement in cross-functional meetings when appropriate and capture relevant decisions, dependencies, risks, and next steps.

            • Help establish and maintain an effective intake and prioritization process for incoming Enablement requests.

            • Provide additional coverage for early-morning and global Enablement programs as needed.

            • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate recurring Enablement processes.

            • Sales Kickoff & Strategic Events

              • Serve as a key program management resource for Sales Kickoff and other major Sales Enablement events.

              • Maintain project plans, timelines, owners, dependencies, and deliverables.

              • Coordinate speakers, sessions, materials, communications, rehearsals, logistics, recordings, and follow-up.

              • Partner with the Director of Sales Enablement on execution of the overall SKO strategy and seller experience.

              • Help ensure strategic events translate into continued learning and reinforcement after the event.

              • Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement

                • Track participation, completion, feedback, and other agreed-upon program metrics.

                • Partner with the Director of Sales Enablement and RevOps to improve visibility into onboarding, ramp, program adoption, and effectiveness.

                • Conduct post-program retrospectives and identify opportunities to improve future execution.

                • Use seller and manager feedback to continuously improve the Enablement experience.

                • Maintain clear visibility into program status, outcomes, and next steps.

What Success Looks Like

    • Enablement programs consistently have clear plans, owners, timelines, and follow-through.

    • Seller onboarding is organized, repeatable, measurable, and scalable.

    • Cross-functional stakeholders know what is expected of them and when.

    • Training and Enablement programs are executed consistently and reinforced after launch.

    • GTM launches and Sales Plays move efficiently from strategy into seller execution.

    • SKO and strategic events are well organized and supported by strong project management.

    • Enablement has greater visibility into program participation, completion, and effectiveness.

    • The Enablement team spends less time chasing logistics and more time focused on improving seller performance.

    • Programs reliably move from idea to execution.

Experience & Skills

    • Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Programs, Learning & Development, Program Management, Sales Operations, or a related function.

    • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

    • Experience coordinating seller onboarding, training, or learning programs.

    • Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Comfortable facilitating live sessions with sellers, managers, and business leaders.

    • Ability to coordinate effectively across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners.

    • Ability to take a loosely defined objective and turn it into a clear, executable plan.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built and priorities may evolve.

    • Experience with Highspot or another sales enablement/LMS platform is a plus.

    • Experience supporting distributed or global sales teams is a plus.

Location & Working Style

This is a remote role. Eastern or Central time zone is strongly preferred due to the global nature of WorkWave's sales organization and the need for coverage of early-morning meetings, onboarding sessions, and Enablement programs.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working independently, and energized by bringing organization and consistency to a growing function.
