Key Responsibilities:

  • Liderar la planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y cierre del Proyecto Beyond Access.
  • Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y resultados esperados.
  • Gestionar eficientemente los recursos financieros, administrativos y operativos del proyecto.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores, presupuesto, cronogramas y estándares de calidad.
  • Fortalecer y mantener alianzas estratégicas con socios, autoridades locales, comunidades y otras partes interesadas.
  • Supervisar los procesos de monitoreo, evaluación, aprendizaje y elaboración de informes.
  • Promover la participación comunitaria, la inclusión, la protección y la sostenibilidad de las intervenciones.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y lineamientos institucionales.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Ciencias Sociales, Administración, Economía, Desarrollo Comunitario o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada en coordinación y gestión de proyectos de desarrollo.
  • Conocimiento en planificación, monitoreo, evaluación y gestión presupuestaria.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios y trabajo con comunidades.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y construcción de alianzas.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés.
  • Deseable formación en gerencia o administración de proyectos.
  • Disponibilidad para movilizarse a las zonas de intervención.
