Key Responsibilities:

Responsabilidades

  • Planificar las actividades del proyecto para el logro de los productos.
  • Ejecutar el presupuesto garantizando la mayor eficiencia en el logro de los resultados esperados.
  • Establecer relaciones de cooperación con los interesados claves del proyecto.
  • Implementar el currículo de la metodología Youth Ready y Sportnet garantizando los objetivos de aprendizaje propuestos, esto incluye:
    • Preparar y desarrollar las jornadas de aprendizaje previstas para cada módulo.
    • Asesorar y supervisar el desarrollo y participación de cada participante.
    • Formara formadores en las metodologias.
  • Coordinar las adquisiciones del proyecto.
  • Documentar avances y elaborar informes que reflejen los logros y las lecciones aprendidas.

Perfil del Ocupante

  • Nivel técnico o Licenciatura en Educación, Educación Física y/o Psicología.
  • Dominio de las herramientas del paquete office.
  • Persona con principios cristianos.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia coordinando proyectos de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia demostrable como facilitador.
  • Experiencia en relacionamiento o trabajando en centros educativos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con jóvenes y adolescentes.
  • Experiencia en tema de empleabilidad/ emprendimiento
