The opportunity
We are looking for a Customer Project Manager to join our Customer Service Enterprise team within Merchant Services Enterprise (MS ENT). As part of a close-knit team of 8, you will coordinate projects mainly within Mobility & Self-Service, working with customers on WPI and TAPI integrations. A technical background is a plus, as you'll collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure smooth, successful project delivery.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project coordination for Mobility & Self-Service solutions, from kick-off to go-live
- Act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring integrations (WPI/TAPI) are implemented smoothly
- Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure solution quality
- Provide regular project status updates and ensure customer expectations are met at every milestone
Who are we looking for
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within payments, fintech, or technology services
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Technical background or familiarity with API integrations (WPI/TAPI) is a plus
- Positive, proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges
- Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with technical and product teams
