What You'll Do
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced team members to learn how to:
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Move and handle steel throughout the facility
- Package, band, weigh and inspect finished products
- Load and unload production equipment
- Perform quality checks
- Work safely as part of a production team
Previous manufacturing or equipment experience is helpful, but it is not required.

Your Schedule
This opening is specifically for 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Approximately 90 days of paid training on 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- After training, transition to 3rd shift, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- 8-hour shifts with a paid lunch
- Most weeks are approximately 48 hours and include required weekend overtime, typically worked on 1st shift
Please make sure you can accommodate both the first-shift training schedule and the regular third-shift schedule before applying.
What You'll Need
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Commitment to working safely
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical work
- Reliable transportation. This facility is not accessible by public transportation, walking or biking.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet the requirements of our pre-employment process
