Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Manager Linear TV who will:
- Linear TV Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of Linear TV campaigns for assigned accounts, overseeing delivery, budget management, and audience performance goals.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, establishing operational priorities, providing ongoing coaching, and driving individual performance.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with media networks, vendors, and key internal/external stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence & Improvement: Ensure process compliance, optimize operational workflows, and deliver measurable performance results across department initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in media investment, or advertising, data analysis and market metrics analysis.
- Advanced level of English (this will be assessed during the interview process).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Linear TV & Media Analytics Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Linear TV buying, activation, and optimization, backed by hands-on experience with rating systems, audience measurement tools, and reporting platforms. Such as Ibope, Nielse, Prisma, etc.
- Leadership & People Coaching: Proven team leadership capabilities with foundational experience in guiding, coaching, and developing talent.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate media insights clearly to stakeholders.
