This role sits at the heart of WPP's Enterprise AI programme, owning the critical link between delivery and impact. While delivery teams focus on building AI solutions, you'll focus on proving and maximising theirvalue,ensuringsolutionsbecomeembeddedintothewaypeopleworkandthatbenefitsaremeasured,evidencedandsustainedovertime.
You'll work with senior business stakeholders and functional leaders toshapeinvestmentdecisions,driveadoptionatscaleandensureWPPrealisesthefullvalueofitsAIambitions.
What you'll be doing:
- OwnvaluerealisationforWPP'sEnterpriseAIportfolio,ensuringinvestmentsdelivermeasurablebusinessoutcomesanddemonstrablereturnoninvestment.
- Developandmaintainbusinesscases,benefitsframeworks,adoptionmetricsandexecutivereportingforseniorTechnologyandTransformationstakeholders.
- Takeaccountabilityforthesuccessfuladoptionandlong-termsustainabilityofAIsolutionsaftergo-live.
- LeadthetransitionoftheEnterpriseAIopportunitypipelineintopermanentin-houseownership,qualifyingandprioritisingdemandbeforeitentersdelivery.
- Owntheenterprise-wideadoptionandmeasurementframework,establishingbaselines,KPIs,benchmarksandreportingstandardsacrossmultiplebusinessenvironments.
- LeadtheWPPFrontierLab,evaluatingemergingAIproductsandtranslatingmarketdevelopmentsintopracticalbusinessrecommendations.
- ManagetheAIHubdemandfunnelandagentregistry,ensuringopportunitiesareprioritisedeffectivelyandexistingcapabilitiesareleveragedbeforenewsolutionsarecreated.
- DefineandimplementtheoperatingmodelforEnterpriseAI,helpingestablishwhatbusiness-as-usuallookslikeasAIscalesacrossWPP.
- RepresentAIadoption,valuerealisationandprogrammeoutcomesatsteeringcommittees,programmeboardsandseniorleadershipforums.
- Leadanddevelopasmallspecialistteamfocusedonvaluetracking,adoptionmeasurementandoperationalexcellence.
- Partnercloselywithdelivery,governanceandbusinessstakeholderstoensureaconsistent,evidence-ledapproachtoEnterpriseAI.
