What you'll be doing:
- Maintain the governance evidence base - artefacts, decisions, approvals and audit trail across the governance stack.
- Support responsible AI and risk as a standing remit, including data-handling controls and acceptable-use guidance.
- Maintain the governance view of the agent registry: what is registered, what is running unregistered, and what needs review.
- Support drafting and publication of policy and standards, and feed control requirements into the pipeline early rather than late.
What you'll need:
- Qualification Requirements (Desirable) (Subject to change as per role title)
- Experience in a regulated or audit-scoped environment; familiarity with AI governance frameworks or responsible AI practice; ServiceNow or comparable workflow tooling; prior WPP experience.
- Skills / Experience Requirements (Subject to change as per role title)
- Four to six years in governance, risk, compliance, audit or controls within a multinational organisation.
- Working understanding of technology risk and data-handling controls.
- Meticulous documentation and evidence discipline - this role is the audit trail.
- Independence of judgement: able to hold a line under delivery pressure and say not yet.
