Guest Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Guest Services Manager to lead front-of-house operations within the corporate Milton Keynes offices of a globally renown bank. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace and visitor experience while managing and developing a high-performing guest services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Guest Services team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Build strong relationships with clients, senior stakeholders, and building occupants.
• Act as the main contact for guest services matters, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Oversee reception, visitor management, meeting room services, and workplace hospitality functions.
• Support VIP visits, executive meetings, and corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Monitor service standards, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Salary: £41,000

• Proven experience managing front-of-house, guest services, workplace experience, or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent decision-making abilities.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
