As a Billing Coordinator, you will manage billing details, prepare timely and accurate invoices, and partner with project and finance colleagues to resolve issues. This entry-level opportunity offers meaningful responsibility, exposure across the business, and substantial room for growth. Flexibility in working hours to support Western time zones may be requested.
Your Impact
- Set up and manage billing terms in the system for an assigned portfolio of projects and clients.
- Obtain additional billing details as required to ensure billing accuracy, andescalate billing issues and/or concerns to the Regional Billing Manager.
- Generate and submit invoice drafts and supportingbackupto reviewers and approvers, andmake revisions as required.
- Prepare and send final invoice packages to clients within deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with other areas of the business, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Managers, and Project Accountants, to promptly address issues and concerns.
- Assess and recommend billing process improvements to the Regional Billing Manager to reduce the time required to process and deliver final invoices to clients.
- Reconcile billing, complete data entry and filing, obtain and organize supporting documentation, and prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as required.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Completed post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting.
- Two years of experience in billing coordination.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and customer service.
- Current eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions.
- Highly driven, committed, organized, and flexible, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and analytical, with strong attention to detail and proven organization and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external clients.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 - $76,200
MB & ON: $52,500 - $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
